How to: Sort data in a worksheet.
Solution:
Select the data range and select 'Sort...' from the 'Data' menu.
1) Select the range of data to sort:
a) Click on the first cell of the desired range.
b) Press and hold down the mouse button.
c) Drag the cross sign to the last cell of the range.
d) Release the mouse button. (The desired data is highlighted.)
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Sort...'. (The Sort dialog box appears.)
3) Select the appropriate criteria for sorting the data in the 'Sort By' group.
NOTE: To specify additional sorting criteria, make appropriate selections in the 'Then By' groups.
4) Click 'OK'.
